SeaSailSurfer of December 2008 : Michel Desjoyeaux
From last to 1st in the Vendée Globe
Tuesday 30 December 2008 –
Does Michel Desjoyeaux surprises us? He left Les Sables d’Olonne on November 11 after a short pit-stop but 2 days behind the front runners of the Vendée Globe. On December the 3rd, he was back in the top ten (cf photo). On December 16th, Foncia’ skipper took the lead when Mike Golding was leaving the race, Ecover’s mast down. At the end of the year, The Professor is still leading. What Else?
