Trophée Multi50 : Erwan Le Roux and Giancarlo Pedote winners in Brittany

Ended yesterday the trophy Prince de Bretagne Sud Goëlo, a new victory for Erwan Le Roux and Giancarlo Pedote aboard Multi50 FenêtréA-Prysmian. Now it is time for the preparation of the event of the year : the Transat Jacques Vabre, which will take place in late October.
Three days of short and coastal races in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc on the northern coast of Brittany, have pledged Multi50 this weekend.
The lack of wind and dense fog descended on the race course Saturday caused the cancellation of some regattas, but did not alter the taking place of the trophy, which was awarded by the franco-Italian trimaran.
This is its fifth victory out of five races since the beginning of the year.
" I am very happy with this result, confirming the work undertaken since the beginning of the year » said Giancarlo Pedote. This was the last race before the Transat Jacques Vabre and now it is time to make a point, because it is now that we can correct any details or implement new aspects of the project before the event of the year. In the next months we will continue physical training, training in boat and weather study to take a departure to the Transat Jacques Vabre in the best conditions ».
