They left yesterday at 11:07 from Lorient and it took them 17 hours , 56 minutes and 45 seconds to reach Pornichet following the path of the Lorient - Bretagne Sud Mini 2014, which includes the circumnavigation of the two islands Groix and Belle-Ile.

Giancarlo and Sébastien have passed first at the offset mark and kept the lead throughout the course of the race , which was characterized by winds lighter than previewed.

After his arrival, Giancarlo said that they kept a windward allure throughout the descent to Belle-Ile , where they hoist the Spi who have kept up to Groix . Then, at Le Chariot , they hoist the gennaker .

" We only met a few times sailing conditions for the beam . Averaging 12 knots in the fog , was beautiful ! We gave the green light to the boat after the winter break ! " Giancarlo said.
